|
Client: AZA Trade s.r.o. Project area: 16 ha Main uses: Office, commercial, hotel Managed by Drees & Sommer |
The Czech investor AZA-Trade is developing a premium business park on an
area of 16 hectare at Prague
Airport. The park is to
accommodate office and service space, a four to five star hotel, conference
facilities, a car dealer and a science centre. The total floor space of the
buildings included in the development will amount to 165.000 square meters. In a first step, project managers analysed the location and led talks with representatives of Prague Urban Development. The experts developed economic concepts facilitating optimal use of the area potential and supported the formulation of a masterplan. Currently, Drees & Sommer support AZA-Trade with the procurement of planning permission for the project. Since early 2007 it is statutory in the Czech Republic to compile a regulation plan for the project which is comparable to a development plan. Drees & Sommer is the first development manager to support and coordinate a regulation plan of this scale. Next step will be the support of planning processes concerning the development in general as well as building construction. Amongst others, Drees & Sommer coordinate the competition for the construction project, the calculation of profitability as well as superior scheduling of the overall project. |
