Development of a premium leisure and tourism
resort on a site of the former Staatsdomäne Schloss Beberbeck in the state of Hesse close
to the City of Hofgeismar. An extensive concept of five different hotel
complexes (2,600 beds, 3-5 stars) and a high number of holiday apartments and
buildings is the basis for the development. Several golf courses and diverse
leisure facilities for sport, horseback riding and wellness perfect the concept.
Drees & Sommer is responsible for the preparation of the cost estimate for the necessary infrastructure provision. Furthermore Drees & Sommer prepares the extensive business plan for the development and is responsible for the organisation of expert workshops and for the coordination of the hotel design and planning and the operation forecasts. The preparation of economic analyses for investores and users/operators is also a key task of Drees & Sommer. |
